senna
Plenty of drivers unfortunately but the best driver who died was ayrton senna
Well there is a variaty of great F1 drivers there are Aryton Senna, Michael Schumaker, Mika Hakkenen, Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button and Sebastian Vettel. Fernando Alonso would be threre but nobody likes him and he's a cheat and that's an end of it.
He is probably in Heaven. Senna is a late formula one racing driver who died in a car crash accident during a F1 race.
Michael Schumacher is arguably the best driver in the history of F1 racing. He has a total of 91 race wins and 7 drivers world championships. Apart from this he also holds records for most pole positions, most career points, winning the title with most races to spare, most wins in a single season etc.
Statistically fangio or Schumacher but many say that ayrton senna or Jackie Stewart are/where the best currently vettel is the best driver on the grid
Roland Ratzenberger (Austrian F1 driver) died during qualifying for the San Marino GP....One Day before, the all time greatest, Ayrton Senna, died... :(
Ayrton Senna da Silva was born March 21, 1960. He was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Ayrton was killed May 1 in an accident during the 1994 San Marino GrandPrix. His death was the last fatality during an F1 race.
The formula1 ferrari car is one of the safest cars that are made. Safety of a F1 driver is one of the first priorities for car makers esp after the tragic accident and death of the late great Aryton Senna. These cars are subjected to strenuous crash tests to ensure that the driver is safe even if the car has to endure a full speed impact against a wall. The cars are designed in such a way that the car's body takes almost all the impact and the driver survives in most cases with minor concussions or bruises.
Yes, the triple World Champion died during the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix after he lost control of his Williams and died on impact after making contact with a barrier. He is the last driver to die in F1.
