The Kawasaki Aircraft Company was founded in the 1920s. Their first venture into motorcycles was in the late 1940s when they started using their engine expertise to make motorcycle engines. In 1954 they produced their first complete motorcycle under the name Meihatsu, a subsidiary of Kawasaki. AND{ IN 1963 THEY WERE FULLY MERGED , WHITCH PRODUCED THE FIRST KAWASAKI CALLED { K 1 }
No one person invented the dirt bike. People began to modify their bikes to ride in the dirt, starting with knobby tires and better suspensions, changing gearing/sprockets, frames, doing everything posssible to lighten and strengthen them, getting rid of parts not needed in dirt riding (lites, horn, etc.).
The first motorcycle designed specifically for offroad use may have been by Sigfried Bettmann of Coventry, England, for Triumph Motorcycles in the year 1914.
This would be easier to answer if you had stated what type of early dirt bike you were looking for, like "First Motocross, supercross, enduro ect." Or "what is the first dirt bike made by Honda, suzuki, or Kawasaki?"
I will answer this the best I can with such an open-ended question.
The first motorcycles were produced by companies like Indian, BSA, Norton. And since in the early 20th century there were a lot more dirt roads than there were paved roads, these motorcycles were designed to be riden on the dirt as well as the paved roads. Making Matchless the first company to produce a dirt bike in 1899.
As a modern dirt bike goes, it seems that the earliest reverence I can find is a 1924 Velocette. It was used in the first motocross event known as a "Scramble" in Camberley, Surrey in southern England. There were probably other bikes used in this race, but you might be able to find more information with this race. But by the 1930s BSA, Norton, Rudge, Matchless, and AJS all made bikes to be used in the Scramble, so any of these bikes could be the first dirt bike, I just couldn't find any mention of them in the first Scramble. However as far as motorcycles used offroad, the 1914 Triumph Model A was used by the British Army as an offroad vehicle during WWI.
I deleted the DUCATI answer because it was too far from the truth to even leave up. Ducati was founded in 1926, two years after the first off-road race. They did not start producing motorcycles for another twenty-four years.

The "true" inventor, Soichiro Honda in the late 1950's.
The greatest of all time Keith,Parrish, and Ricky Carmichael
Actually Keith, Parrish, and Rivy Carmichael are just a few of the best, you left out Chad Reed and Bubba Stewart. But they just made it better. :) Being serious, a Japanese guy named Soichiro Honda opened a little motorcycle shop in LA, Calif. and he started sell them. dirt biking is where you ride a bike with a motor on it and it makes it go fast and you can do tricks and and things like that and t is a blast.
That's hard to say, Motocross started in Europe, I know back in the 50's & 60's they used converted street bikes, like BSA, Triumph, etc., so I guess your answer is any bike they rode off-road.
Motocross was first known as a British off-road event called Scrambles, which were themselves an evolution of Trials events popular in northern Britain. The first known Scramble took place at Camberley, Surrey in 1924. During the 1930s, the sport grew in popularity, especially in Britain where teams from BSA, Norton, Matchless, Rudge, and AJS competed in the events. Off-road bikes from that era differed little from those used on the street.
the first dirt-bike ever made was a honda. There were bike manufatures in Europe that were making dirt type bikes before Honda was even a company.
