Silverstone. Whether justified, of course, is a matter of one's point of view, but Silverstone has hosted the British F1 Grand Prix more times than any other venue, and was the venue for the very first official F1 World Championship grand Prix in 1950. Other venues have been Brands Hatch and Aintree and the "European Grand Prix" has been held at Donington Park.
Silverstone is a racing track in the villages of Northamptonshire which are: Silverstone and Whittlebury. The track is one of the most prominent races in the F1 yearly racing calendar. The British Grand Prix was first held in the year 1948 in this circuit and the British GP has been held in this circuit every year since 1987. It is a 5.901 km long circuit.
The British GP was first held in a circuit called Brooklands in 1926. Silverstone has been an entrant in the yearly F1 race season as early as 1950 and has been the venue for the British Grand Prix. Even the Donnington Park circuit was expected to host the British GP but unfortunately they could not gather enough funds and so the idea was dropped.
AintreeNot quite true.... Donington Park hosted the EuropeanGrand Prix in 1993... never the BGP. Aintree hosted the British Grand Prix in the late '50's and early 60's and Brands is legendary
The F1 race in England in the year 2010 was held at the Silverstone Race Track. The race was won by Mark Webber of the Red Bull Racing team. The British Grand Prix has been held at the same venue (Silverstone) every year for many years.

The British and Italian Grands Prix are the oldest continuously staged Formula One world championship Grands Prix. The first race here was supposedly held in the year 1926 and a total of 63 F1 races have been held in Britain. Ferrai is the most successful constructor with 15 wins.
The Silverstone Circuit is a motor racing circuit in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, England, named after the village in the former. It is best known as the home of the British Grand Prix, which it first hosted in 1948 and which has been held on the circuit every year since 1987. The circuit is also home to the BRDC International Trophy, formerly one of the premier non-Championship F1 races in the calendar, today awarded to the winner of a race for historic F1 cars at the annual Silverstone Classic meeting.
