Don't, it put's your life at risk. God will protect you, however he's say not to test him, he also says use wisdom, don't be stupid!
If you like car racing so much then get pro training and make it your hobby! :)
ADDITIONALLY: I street raced for years back in the late 90's to early to mid 2000's. I can tell you that it's really not worth it. I saw alot of people get tickets, get their cars impounded, WRECK, even a few get hurt. We've all heard the stories about people getting killed doing it. Then comes the money, dumping tons of cash and time into the hobby, all it takes is getting busted or wrecking, and it's all lost. Not to mention on the street there are very few controls, if any. The chances of an innocent person getting hurt are 100 times greater. It's really not worth it, especially in today's culture. My advice to you would be to join a grassroots level racing organization like SCCA. They have racing which is very low cost to enter, it's always sanctioned, it's safe(r), and you won't get a ticket doing it.
I can honestly say, as a former street racer, it's really so much better to keep it off the streets.
there are many ways to get involved especially if you have a lot of money and own a company but if you are an average guy the best way is to get into karting or go kart racing if you want to be a driver if you want to work in the pits then get into a technical institute or become an engineer to work for the team.

Most people would say auto racing but it really is horse racing.
In my opinion, boat racing is more dangerous. There are more auto racing crashes each year, but far more walk away uninjured from auto crashes than boat racing crashes.
