Depends on what you mean by "bike", and which one you choose.
If "bike" = bicycle:
Some bicycle computers are quite stupid, and will readily accept being programmed with a wheel circumference that wouldn't occur on a regular bicycle. One of these would work with a go kart.
You'd need to find a good place and a good way to mount the magnet, but otherwise, no big deal.
There is a slight risk that the bicycle computer might not be able to accept the speeds a go kart can reach.
If "bike" = motorcycle, it's probably trickier. Motorcycle speedos can have either a direct drive off the front wheel, or an electronic pickup in the gearbox. Either way, they're not as easily reprogrammed as bicycle computers.
A 3rd option is to use something GPS-based. Maybe even a cellphone app. Runkeeper or Strava might work. There are probably similar apps for motorized vehicles that'll do a better job.
a go-kart
No if you mean a motorcycle bike then no but bmx bike scooter and go kart yes yes you can
Nope but you can win a go kart by doing every go kart race at the carnival and town

No you cannot get a motorcycle, but you can get a bike or a scooter. The scooter is just like a motorcycle. no actually you can get a bike, scooter, and a go kart
A skate park because the ramps and slides in there are really fun if you're in a go kart.
No
in wonder the same thing like could i buy a 125cc engine from a dirt bike and put it in a mini sprint
you can get a helmet by completing your fist go-kart race, another at your first bike race, and i believe a 3rd after completing all races, or all bike races.
about 60 k/h but if you want more speed you can probably add some bike gears.
I work at a Go Kart Repair Shop and the current age limit to drive a go kart around a neighborhood area or similar scenario is 13 years of age. As long as you can drive the vehicle safely, you are good to drive a go kart. I hope this helped you in your needs.
At a go kart place
