Any would be too many. Proper precautions and schooling cut down on the risk involved. yes there are many deaths in Motocross. There are at least 10 times more deaths in car accidents than there are in motocross related accidents.
yes i can be very deadly but the most people have problems on jumps. I very nearly broke my neck on a jump and a friend died from his suspension snaping from a jump he clearly could not do. If your not confident on a jump, do not attempt it! But if you live in England i suggest you train with Dave thorpe 3 times world champion he will boost your confidence very quickley as i have been training with him for a year every 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
Any of the Crusty Demons, TerraFirma, Travis Pastrana's, Fox Racing and an oldie but goodie, On Any Sunday (the original motocross film). Below is a link that has some motocross dvds: http://www.videoxsports.com/extremedirt.html

First of all, you can't play motocross, you race motocross. Motocross is the outdoor version of dirt bike racing. Supercross is indoor. Professional motocross racers race for 30 minutes plus 2 laps.
