That is not the VIN number, the vin is a 17 characters (numbers and letters) that is stamped on the head tube between the handlebars and the front fender.
If this is the vin number from there, it is a pre 1981 bike and no way of tracking it. You would need to check with your local Suzuki shop and see if they can help you find the year model.

Turn the handlebars to the left and on the frame just in front of the radiator should be the VIN number.
