You left the question rather vague so I will list some things that could cause this. Upon reading these you may quickly discount some, I am just throwing several causes out here. If it has been a while since the bike has been rode, could be old fuel accumulated in the float bowl chamber. Gas line clogged or kinked. Engine flooded. Dirty or wet plug. Gap too large on spark plug. Bad spark plug cap or plug itself. Water in carb or jets blocked. Plug connection of the CDI has oxydized.
