In 2007, the starting quarterback for the Chicago Bears was Rex Grossman. He had been with the team since being drafted in 2003 and led the Bears to Super Bowl XLI in the previous season. Another significant quarterback was Erik Kramer, who started for the Bears from 1994 to 1996 and led the team to the playoffs in 1995.
