Points? You mean on the outsole? If so, it varies between different football boots. Some may have a lot(copa mundial), or have a few metal studs.
Adidas
Adidas because they help you get down in to the dirt & help you stay on your feet more while being pushed around.
depends on the cleat what cleat do you have
I was looking for this too. But the best are the Adidas Predator X or the Nike Tiempo I'm going to buy the Predator X though
Why?
If you have high arches definetly do not get nike cleats. My recommended cleats would be of the brand Adidas or puma. Jomas are also a useful high arch cleats. and get a defensive style cleat. they are built for arch.
not Adidas they have a high arch so you'll get blisters. nike's or pumas have generally a flatter bottom. If you have flat feet, find a pair of shoes that DO HAVE high arches - that way it corrects the flatness. Adidas makes some quality shoes. I have bad feet and I've always had a good experience with the Copa Mundial shoe they make. If your arches are really bad, however, you should buy arch-support inserts.
