The quick fix is make sure you aim straight and make sure you do not close the club face too much at address. Also, you may be swinging around your body, you do not want to do this.

If it doesn't really go out to the right and come back to the left it may simply be a hook. In which case you may just be swinging too quickly and not timing the rolling of the wrists properly, this will cause the hook.
