It is better to do ANY exercise in the AM hours because when exercise is done closer to time to go to bed, it revs up the heart rate and makes it difficult to get a good night's rest. This is turn takes a negative effect on your health because your body is sleep deprived and that pretty much goes against the point of exercising!

There is no best time. Some people prefer jogging in the early hours of the morning and some prefer "night running". I'd try and do both and see what suits you best and make a decision from there. I personally like running in the morning due to the fact that there are not many people around.

Morning is a good time to exercise, I find that it helps get me ready for the day.

Before bed is probably the worst time because it can make it quite difficult to get to sleep. More important than the time you exercise is that you do it. If you can find a time that you can do it every day, use it.

Finding the right time to exercise is often the key to staying in shape and looking great. Some people like to exercise in the early morning hours while others like to go for a fast run at night. Experts agree that there is no best time to exercise for everyone. Fitness experts also find that the best time to exercise is the time when one is more likely to stick with the exercise program.

The best time to go jogging/ running is in the morning. the worst time you could ever go jogging/running is at 4pm or later. it's bad for your health and your society.

In my opinion, I would exercise in the mourning. I would do this because in the afternoon, you will be tired and you will put it off for the next day. then eventually, you just wont exercise
