By run do you mean run or jog. Any figure would be speculatory because the nature of the question, who is included as every person, man woman child, which country, which state, do people without legs count as not being able to run 10km or are they excluded by lack of a fundamental capacity.... Answers are all about constructing questions that can be answered.
