Of course I rounded to the nearest quarter pound but I think you'll find this to be pretty close. assuming you are using 16 oz or 454 grams= a pound

spokes weigh 1/4 oz or 7 grams each X 72spokes unless you spec Titanium which you should if you are going for ultimate light weight.
