And the point of gymnastics? To push yourself to do better than you've done before. Isn't that the point of most things?

The purpose of gymnastics is for kids & adults to perfect things such as flexibility and body form . It's a great work-out & fun to do . Also sometimes gymnastic's can give you scholarships to colleges/university .
