Eagle = Two-under-par (-2). Eagles most commonly occur on par-fives, when golfers with enough strength can drive to the green in two strokes rather than the expected three, and then hole out with just a single putt. Less commonly, a player will hole his or her approach shot (either the second shot on a par-four or the third shot on a par-five) to achieve an eagle. Naturally enough, a hole-in-one on a par-three hole also results in an eagle.
A double eagle and a hole in one a double eagle is when your second shot on a par 5 goes in and a hole in one is when your first shot goes in
Because it was his second shot o par three?

An club that is used to hit the green, usually on the second shot to a par four, the tee shot on a par three and the second or third shot to a par five.
no sweatpar is the score or number of strokes it should take the average player to complete each hole. for ex. if a hole is par 3 and you take 3 shots to get it in the hole then you have finished that hole par. but if you take 4 shots you are one over par or if you take 2 shots you are one under par. par is NOT what the average player can do. Par is how many strokes a very skilled golfer should take for each hole.
Its harder to get a hole in one on a par 3. Its common to be chipping from around the green or even putting on your 2nd shot on a par 4.
It's a golf term meaning that one has gotten a ball in the cup in one shot from the tee off. It has been slanged down to many references of getting items into different holes on the first try. Some of which are sexual in nature.
One under par for a hole is one shot less than par, say you make a 3 on a par 4, this is a birdie. One under for a round is where you had a round which was one shot less than par, say you shot 71 on a par 72.For holes played, or for that round, or for the tournament, the player has taken one less shot to play those holes than par.
An Albatross or a Hole in One.
