That depends on the Bowling center, the region of the country in which it's located, and the time of day during which the league is scheduled. For example, in America the east and west coasts are generally more expensive than the middle of the country; and evenings are considered prime time, and are therefore more expensive.

If you're looking to join a league, the cost of the lineage is already built into what you pay per week. If instead you're looking to start one, speak with the center manager about negotiating a price that works for both the center and your league.
