There was a computer virus named after Russian tennis star Anna Kournakova a few years back that was spread by e-mail. A user would get an e-mail that had an attachment that appeared, by the attachment's filename, to contain a picture of Anna Kournakova. When the attachment was opened, code executed enabling the virus to copy itself to the Windows directory and send the file as an attachment to all addresses listed in the user's Microsoft Outlook e-mail address book.
