Today, both children and adults lead an increasingly less active lifestyle, but they are very active online. This has a very bad effect on muscle tone, the functioning of various organs and systems of the body, as well as on the state of health in general.
An effective solution to this problem is to buy a trampoline. This versatile sports equipment is intended for fun and training for both children and adults. You just need to choose the right model from all the variety offered by modern manufacturers: from gaming to sports, from home to professional.
All trampolines are divided into large groups depending on their design, size and purpose:
amateur and professional,
games and sports,
children and adults,
inflatable and frame,
indoor and outdoor,
large and small,
with and without mesh.

In safety and fun wise it's definetely the springfree brand trampoline! It has a net that can carry a 220 person going at 25 miles per hour. And has noo springs so you cant get hurt. reduces 85 % injury on trampoline!
There are a billion brands, but a few are the ones that stand out:
Bounce Pro
JumpKing
Skywalker
Those three are the best ones, no better. You can even try a Spring Free tramp, but they don't look pretty.

It depends what you want it for. In general Round Trampolines are best for general family and garden use, Rectangular Trampolines are best for performance, but are more difficult to use for beginners.
There are many very low priced trampolines in the DIY sheds etc, but i would avoid these. The pads are generally very poor, and the steel and springs provide a poor bounce quality.
So, for Round Trampolines I would go for a mid priced product, with at least 96 springs for a 14 ft. Brands I would recommend are SkyHigh Trampolines, and TP Trampolines, they provide excellent bounce, and long lasting quality build. For the very best in bounce and the highest specification, go for a SkyHigh Xtreme 360. It can not be beaten for specification.
For Rectangular Trampolines, try Supertramp, which although pricey are really superb. For a lower price and also a Safety Enclosure on a rectangular model go for the SkyHigh.
Skyhigh trampolines are great, they offer fantastic value for money and also generate a great bounce.
TP Trampolines offer a good specification but are signifcantly more expensive than the Skyhigh models, would recommend the stars for children but not the more expensive models against Skyhigh or Xtreme.
I think it would probably be a gymnastics trampoline or an olympic trampoline but I don't know where to buy them
Rectangular trampolines offer a fantastic, responsive bounce, ideal for experienced bouncers.
I'd say that the best kind of trampoline would be a large round one or rectangular one. Those ones have lots of space and the more space the more room the tramp can go down to bounce high and do tricks.
There is a 'best size' of trampoline, it's more the 'most suitable' trampoline as the effectiveness depends on the user. If you're an adult and you're looking to use a trampoline than you need at least a 14ft trampoline, but smaller children and toddlers are more suited to 8ft and 10ft trampolines. 12ft trampolines are ideal for teenagers although the larger sizes can also be used by younger bounces, preventing them from growing out of a smaller trampoline.
Happy Trampoline is the best distributor since last 25 years in the market.
