It depends on how much training you have done. Someone like me who trains everyday should be able to run it in less that 24 or so minutes. OTOH someone who runs only casually could run it anywhere from 28 to 40 minutes.

The average walking speed of a human is around 3-4 miles per hour. However, running speed can vary widely depending on factors like age, fitness level, and terrain. The average running speed for a human ranges from 6-8 miles per hour.
Divide the distance by the time. 1,580 miles divided by 4 hours = an average speed of 395 miles per hour.
Average speed = distance/time = 100/4 miles per hour = 25 mph.
The average time to run 26.2 miles is 4 hours 32 minutes and 8 seconds. Hope this helps you!
time = distance/speed time = 12/4 = 3 hours
In college cross country most races are 8k (or 5 miles). The winning time at the Ivy League championships last year was 23:28, or an average pace of 4:44 for 5 miles. I'd say the "average" time is anything under 25:00, or under 5:00/mile
Stacy's average speed was 50 miles per hour. To calculate average speed, you divide the total distance traveled (200 miles) by the total time taken (4 hours).
Average Speed = distance/time = 240/4 = 60 mph
It is pretty much already running if you go that fast. Going 4 miles in 45 minutes equals 6 miles per hour, which is already a running speed. 4 miles in one hour would probably be a much more realistic goal to think about.
Running a mile in exactly 4 minutes equates to a speed of 15 MPH.
Her average speed is 1.6 miles per hour. Average speed is total distance covered by total time taken to do it. She swims 4 miles upstream, and at 1 mph, it takes 4 hours. She comes back downstream at 4 mph and so she covers the 4 miles in 1 hour. Her total mileage is 8 miles. It takes 4 + 1 hours or 5 hours to cover it. The 8 miles divided by 5 hours is 1 3/5 miles per hour, or 1.6 mph for an average speed.
