I'm not an expert - so probably not qualified to answer this question correctly. Most 15 year old girls I know (I am around this age also) don't even bother running 100m, so you are doing well for a start. I would say around 15 seconds is a good time for a 15 year old.

I'd say as an average of people who aren't overweight aged 15 that it's going to be around 14 seconds. 13 seconds and you are quick, 12 seconds and you're talented, anything sub 12 and even more talented. Example: I'm 15 and I'm 5th fastest in my year of 120 boys and I can run the 100m in 12.88s, but there is a guy at my school who is 12 and can run the 100m in 12.47s, but he is over a second clear of everyone in his year, so is very talented.

i would say around 12-13 not over 13 only 13 seconds flat or under which is fast for 15 but if u want to be in meetings and such then at least under 12.5.

it depends on how competitive you are. For a very competitive swimmer, a 1:00 would be very good. It could be much faster though.
