A good time for an elementary student(5th grade) is 3:30 -4:15 however with strength and WEIGHT play a role in how well you do.

People in middle school want to shoot for under a 2:30

Younger people up to Junior year in highschool should definitely be achieving 2:20 or lower to be considered pretty good.

A very good 800m time would be achieving a time under 2:00 (which would qualify anyone for states) for Upper-age Highschoolers, or between 1:47-1:55 for older people.

An olympic runner runs an average of 1:41-1:47

The national record for the 800 meter is about 1:40 set by David Rudisha in the 2012 Olympics.
