Hello, The rule is that you are not allowed to deliberatly knock over hurdles. If you would through them over with your hands for example you'd be disqualified. However if you just run over them and you happen to knock them all over then it's up to the officials to decide if you knocked them down on purpose. But really, you can knock them all over and it's okay because I don't think anyone gets disqualified for this nowadays. However I advise you to run over them and not hit them because it is much faster.
