Is it legal to drive a golf cart without a license in Florida?
In general, you don't need a driver's license to operate a
vehicle on private property (such as, say, a golf course). You
cannot drive a golf cart on the street, because golf carts are not
street legal vehicles. If you modified one in such a way as to make
it street legal, then yes, you would need a driver's license to
drive it on the street.
