for not even a year, i was a level 2.
for womens? i say that cartwheels are the hardest thing to master like level 1, there's the handstand, the rolls, the jumps, etc.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
here are the requirements:
Bars:
back hip circle, sole circle dismount
Beam: Mount to squat, forward roll, kick walks, tuck jump, tuck jump dismount
Vault: Handstand flat fall off the springboard
Floor: Straddle roll, tripod, headstand, half back bend on knees, cartwheel, pivot turn, handstand, backwards roll
I am in level 2 it really not that hard once you get it. hope that helps!
i remember when i was still about in the level 4 or 5(whatever level you're in now) gymnastics range. i was able to do a round off and 3 back hand springs, a pike backflip, pike front, and a tuck front, tuck back, and an arabian. i could also do all the younger level artistic part, like 2 pirouettes, a split leap, wolf jump, handstand, etcetera. but now im in level 10! yay! i just moved up a few months ago! sry... that was random.
Bars:
Pullover, back hip circle, straddle sole circle dismount.
Beam:
Forward roll (this skill is not used generally in higher levels), arabesque, tuck jump.
Floor:
Forward roll, headstand, cartwheel, backward roll to pike stand with straight arms, handstand.
Vault:
Handstand block on a springboard.
The lowest level is Level One. Th highest Level is elite but two levels come befor elite
the two types of womens gymnastics competed in the Olympics are rythmic and artistic but there are also mens gymnastics compotitions
Leve 6 routines in boys gymnastics includes all routines you would expect to see. I have two boys in gymnastics now at level 5 and level 6. Starting at level 4 and going through level 10, the boys will perform all 6 events. They include High Bar, Floor, Rings, Parallel Bars, Vault, and pommel horse. At the lower levels the routines are very basic and easily accomplished with routine practice. The level 10 routines are quite hard and if a gymnast can accomplish level 10 routines, they are pretty much guaranteed a college scholarship.
Gymnastics actions are handstands, pull-ups, cartwheels.
Rhythmic gymnastics and synchronized swimming.
The only Olympic word that I know of (other than the names of participating countries) is gymnastics.
Are you talking about levels? If you are, level one and two are like an intro into gymnastics, cartwheels forward rolls etc. In level 3 you can sometimes go to competitions but it is generally not very competitive. In level four you compete using the low bar and a Matt to vault on to. Levels five and six are also competitive and like level four they have set routines that vryone in that level competes. In levels 7-10 a coach or coreographer makes up routines for the individual gymnast :) hope this helps
There are only two different types of gymnastics, and those are called rhymic and artistic. I prefer rhythmic.
l do not know
There are many different terminologies in gymnastics. Depending on the club you practice at and the event you are on. There are also two kinds of gymnastics: Artistic Gymnastics and Rhythmic Gymnastics. For example, the place i go calls a backhandspring, a flipflop and walkovers, handstand bridges
in gymnastics the term tripod means a certain move that gymnastics do. When doing a tripod one stands on their head with their head framing one leg of the tripod, and their two hands making the other two legs of the tripod.
artistic and rythmic
