There are lots of different level 3 gymnastics routines in each club but some are the same to others. The mojority of the moves are the same though.

Here are some of the moves to include in a level 3 routine;

Headspring

Dive forward roll (sometimes in level 5)

Front handspring over barrel

Backward roll to handstand (sometimes in level 5)

I can't remember any other moves now as I am now a level 5 gymnast.
