  • You have to move around the court quickly to return shots, which might result in a misplaced foot or leg, which might break, twist, or sprain it
  • It still takes up time, and if you're a committed badminton player, you might not have much time for other activities
  • The stuff cost money: badminton shoes, rackets, shuttlecocks (birdies), fee for playing on the courts, etc.

In tennis, if your continously doing something wrong on your body, it can create a bad injury. Tennis is one of the safest sports however.
