Most high schools follow the USTA rules and regulations, in order to prepare them for potential college tennis, and then, possibly, a career in professional tennis. I know some high school girls do not play advantage while professional females do. Professional males generally play best out of 5 sets while high school boys usually play best out of 3. Other than that, rules should generally be the same in professional tennis except for you can't hit the ball boy or something like that. =]
