i wouldn't call gymnastics dangerous, however you do have to be cautious because if you don't stretch some muscles can be pulled. to be honest there are many things that you can break or twist. mainly being the wrist and the ankle and the neck. this mostly7 only happens if you do something your not supposed to, if you don't have a trainer by your side, or if your not listening to the trainer and do things your own way. but other than that if you have discipline and patience you shouldn't hurt yourself at all. id have to say gymnastics is the most dangerous sport in the world. Studies say cheer leading is, but i think those people need to watch us more. We split the beam daily, hyper extend our knees and shoulders, and twist pretty much everything in our body by the time we quit, ect. ect. ect. So i go with gymnastics all the way.
