You play to 11. Only during the serve may you hit your side of the table, it must bounce twice, once on your side, once of their side. Afterwards, you must send the ball back to their table after it hits yours by the other player.

As long as the ball hits the other players table its in.

If your playing doubles you alternate hits and serve forehand diagonal, same points to 11.

The referee will do the calling in a tournament

Only the server scores points in Table Tennis. The way to score points is either by hitting a shot that your opponent cannot return or having your opponent hit the ball into the net or if your opponent's return does not touch your side of the table. You also get the point if the ball touches any part of your opponents body.

Not sure where you got this, but according to ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation) rules, that is not one of them. These are competition rules used in both ITTF and Olympic competition.
