Minimum of 45 min runs, if that isn't possible start by running for 2 minutes walk for one repeat for 45 minutes. When Running becomes easier go for further minutes without breaks, then accumulate speed and hills. Run barefoot as much as possible on grass or dirt.
Good body composition will depend on your diet, (eat low on the food chain), portion control, other physical demands and mental strength. My guess is if you did the above mentioned plan six months will be satisfactory to change your life.
There is no set time you should go jogging for. It's all up to you, if it is your first time I'd say go on a 15 minute jog and at the end of it see how it feels. If you feel fine up the time to maybe 20 or 25 minutes until you feel comfortable but also pushed at the end of it. A large part of running is building up endurance hence why there is no set time you should go jogging for.
When you start out you should first make sure you stretch your muscles out. Then warm up by walking for 5 mins, once again now that your muscles are warmed stretch again. You can then start your jog. Depending on how in shape you are you should only try to do thirty minutes taking the approach of 3 minutes jogging 2 minutes walking and repeat. Make sure to do a good cool down and once your use to that routine increase the time you spend jogging until your no longer walking but running the whole coarse. Make sure when your done you stretch out as well this will prevent cramping
While jogging keep tapping X rapidly and you should run for ages!!
Jogging refers to momentary closing of a starter but not allowing it to latch in, as in normal start and continuous run operation. This usually done for positioning on equipment like conveyors or any operation where you want to be able to run a motor in short burst.
