The longer you run, the more your body will attempt to hold on to that belly fat.
I recommend that every other day you do short bursts of high-intensity running or other aerobics, and on the days in between do weight lifting exercises. Studies have shown that this technique is more effective in burning abdominal fat.
Also do some muscle building exercises which will increase your body metabolism and you can burn more fat.
If you're first starting out then you should start slow, 10 - 15 minutes. and then work your way up. if you have been running and exerising for a whlie then you can go for miles and then back track would work. anything to get distance, a sweat, and increased heart rate. be sure though that you're not burning yourself out from the beginning, this will just cause muscle cramping, fatigue etc. drink lots of water and keep at it, nothing happens overnight.
Yup. Why not? But it works only if you can spare enough time for it. But I prefer this tonic. The website link is given below. bit .ly/3f7tr1s (remove space between bit and .ly)
You can loose weight by going on the treadmill because you're kind of like running. When you run, you loose unwanted weight almost everywhere. Arms: your arms are moving (in running position), so then the fat in the arms are burning. Belly: your belly is jiggling up and down, and it will eventually start sweating, so it's burning the belly fat. Legs (thighs and calves): your legs are in constant motion; and that means the fat is burning and replacing fat with muscles.

Yes, the life fitness treadmill can help you get fit by running on it until you sweat so much and that means you are burning calories and burning fat away so you loose weight.
There are more ways to loose weight besides having a treadmill workstation . You may want to free-run out side and work on your cardio by doing sit-ups and push ups to help loose excess weight. By doing only running, you will only work specific muscles and your desired weight will not be lost.
