It works every muscle in your body and keeps you very active. it teaches you to balance,run fast , to coordinate, and much more too. the effects of doing gymnastics for many years in a high level is that you can get really sore ankles,knees,wrists,back,neck,shoulders, and basically anything else. it is a very physical sport.
