I was in killer shape when I was a gymnast. However, I was on a gymnastics team and spent about 20 hrs a week at the gym.

Gymnastics is a good sport for you because you cant just be phisically fit you also have to be mentally fit.It also helps you be more flexibal so yes.
gymnastics helps to keep you fit for many sports and strong. also it can be a sport that lets you decompress after a hard day. for some it has been their life so they are gymnastics oriented.

Yes. Parkour and freerunning are athletic sports practiced in an urban setting. You need to be strong enough to do gymnastics.
Probably because there aren't such dolls that can fit in such dollhouses but I don't know exactly why.
In recreational gymnastics, you don't compete and just do it for fun and to stay fit, but when you compete, you're on Team gymnastics and you have different levels that you compete in for different skills. From levels 1-6, you compete compulsory routines- that the USA Gymnastics have made up, but when you get to level 7-10, you make up your own routines. After level 10, you're considered to be elite.
The purpose, why, it is to have fun. Most people, like me, who do gymnastics, love doing it because it is fun. You meet new people, learn new things and are free to practice the age old saying "Practice makes perfect."
