Assuming you mean back handspring by back half...

Basically the same as if you're on the ground. Kneel behind the person and put one hand near their lower back (you can use two, but one should be fine). Guide them as they jump back. Basically just place your hand under their back and make sure they don't land on their head - push them over in the end if they need a little help getting over.

Of course, your spotting will depend on how well the person can do a back handspring already. If they need a lot of help with their back handspring and you're not really sure what you're doing - DO NOT SPOT THEM. They will most likely get hurt without a proper spotter, which it sounds like you're not.

If you jump on a trampoline what is the reaction force?

The reaction force when you jump on a trampoline is the force exerted by the trampoline surface pushing back against your feet. This force is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the force you apply on the trampoline, allowing you to bounce and propel yourself upwards.

How high should you jump to do a front flip on a trampoline?

I think the middle if you are good enough you will be able to land in the same spot on the trampoline, if not go from the side and practise staying in the same spot (try moving backwards a bit while doing your front flip so you land almost in the same spot). PS i am a profesional trampolinist!

When a boy lands on a trampoline he pushes the trampoline what is the reaction force?

The reaction force when a boy lands on a trampoline and pushes it is the trampoline pushing back against the boy with an equal and opposite force. This is based on Newton's third law of motion, which states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

What moves are there in trampolining?

I've seen a five foot trampoline before. If you mean those tiny round ones, then there are extremely few moves: just straight jumps or maybe tuck jumps. Anything else is too difficult and/or dangerous. You'll be a lot happier with a 15 ft trampoline.

What energy transformations occur when bouncing on the trampoline?

When bouncing on a trampoline, the initial potential energy from being raised up is transformed into kinetic energy as you descend, and then back into potential energy as you push off the trampoline to go back up again. This process continues, with energy being alternately converted between potential and kinetic energy.
