I train running 300s in about 48seconds. (I run about 55-59 second 400s).
I also run 150s in about 21 seconds.
I think if you run that 150 pace throughout the entire 400, you'll fare pretty good. In training, I can never run my 400 at the speed that I run it at the meet.
My track coach when he was in high school, he'd run his 1st 200 in 24 and last in 26 (for a 50 second 400m)
I hope that helps!
Bolt has run 45.28s for 400m.
To determine how many laps a person runs on a 400m track during a 1500m race, divide the total distance of the race by the length of the track. A 1500m race is equivalent to 1500m ÷ 400m, which equals 3.75 laps. Therefore, a runner completes 3 full laps and an additional 300 meters on the 400m track.
Strictly speaking there are no hurdles in a 400m race, but in a 400mH race there are ten hurdles per lane.

If your running a 400M race on the track, then you would run it in counter clockwise direction. But the world record for counter clockwise 440 yards set in 1984 by Scott Ruvolo 45.7
what is the name of the Grenadian who won the 400m race
The 300m hurdles race is run in high school track and field (once in college the race is 400m hurdles). For the girls' race, the hurdles are 30 inches high - for the boys' race, the hurdles are 36 inches.
Train really hard and start off medium and then start getting faster as 400m is not that far to run ALL RIGHT.
