run a bit faster, buddy!!!!
He can run 100m in 20 secs, Rapid initt? and it's still faster than Berbatov
They have longer strides which gives them an advantage in sprints such as the 100m and 200m.
practice practice practice and widening ur stride
First off don't run the first 100m's fast. Stride until you get to the last 100m's then go faster. That way in a meet you wont burn out and people dont have time to catch up to you. Otherwise your strategy is ok. To break 60 you should probably make your stride faster. At first it will be hard to maintain a faster stride but eventually you'll get there.
Because in 100m they start still whereas in the relay they are already running.. If they started the 100m in a running position, it would be a lot faster
The fastest recorded so far is 6.13s but it is likely that cheetahs can run much faster than this in the wild.
well the 800m is 2 times aroud the field so first you have to pase your self. then go a little faster and the last 100m you sprint.
historically men who are 5'9" -5'10" are fastest in the 100m with the exception of Usain bolt who is well over 6 feet.
the fastest under 13 100m dash was by Nick Catlow in 2010 11.3
Kyle walker can run the 100m in about 6 hours and 23 minutes
If your wearing 100 meter shoes and your at the heal of the shoe you wont be able to fall over.
