Depending on your ability, usually it'll take a few months in the earlier levels like 1, 2 and 3, and then maybe a 1/2 year in 4, and from 5-6, maybe up to a year? Then higher than that, most likey a year. But Jordyn Wieber moved up from level 8 all the way to elite in one year, so like I said, depending on your ability based on your strenght, and detication!

It really depends on where you live and what gym you train at. Generally 3 months is a great time to be levelling up, and 2 months is just fantastic. Although I believe that levelling and the amount of time between levels should be directly decided by the coach, and the coach alone, if you want to level faster you will have to practice a lot harder than you are now. You should also ask the coach for early assessment.
