I learned my splits in a week so i know it is possible!
First check how far you are SAFETLY! fallow these safety tips:
let your self down easy and keep your chest up and MOST IMPORTANTLY NEVER COME BACK UP FROM YOUR SPLITS FAST YOU CAN BREAK YOUR KNEE CAP!!!!!
So after you figure out how far you can go down go from there. for a day focus on getting down farther. you can push your self farther down on a wall.
then another thing you can do is get a gymnastics mat fold it up and put one foot on it and the other on the floor and try to do the splits on that.
or you can lay against a wall and put your legs out on the wall. then do pulsing crunches while holding on to your inner thighs your legs lower after a minute or 2 alot! all these things help esspecially streatching!
YOU ONLY WANT TO SPEND DEPEnDING oN THE DAYS OF YOUR WEEK IT IS 5 DAYS YOU ONLY WANNA SPEND ABOUT 3 DAYS ON DOING THESE. IF IT IS 7 DAYS THEN SPEND 4 DAYS ON THESE. AFTER THAT JUST PRACTICE ALOT AND AS WARM UPS YOU SHOULD STILL DO THOSE STREATCHES BUT YOUR MAIN FOCUS FOR THE LAST DAY SHOULD BE ON GETTING FARTHER DOWN AND PRACTICING.!

You cannot learn to do the splits in one day. Doing the splits takes gradual training of the groin to stretch a little each day. It takes gradual stretching so you can comfortably do the splits without hurting yourself, so it is impossible to learn how to do the splits in one day.
you most likely won't get it in one week, but you will have your splits in no time if you stretch out your leg muscles every morning and night and keep practicing at it. see how far you can go down everyday and then try to beat that, but be very careful not to rip a muscle or tissue.

But by the time you get back up......u probably can't even walk.
But NORMALLY it takes months if you stretch and practice hard everyday.
It is not possible because splits take time effort and flexibility that you cannot accomplish in one day sorry
Unless you're really, really close to start with - you don't.
Getting to the point where you can do the splits take a lot of stretching. Several times daily for weeks, maybe months.
I took 10 day split challenge for both middle split and front split and was able to do both.
Exercises - Downward dog + upward dog, half split, frog stretch, pigeon stretch, butterfly stretch
