You do a back hanspring with no hands with your hands by your side and pike over.

(This is very east but im a level 6 so ofcourse its easy but do this with a certified coach this is dangerous)

This is a different person.... Tigercub10, how is it more dangerous when you are being spotted? I mean, I still don't know how to da a back tuck, so I haven't experienced anything that's harder when you're being spotted. But I do Prep Op Silver, so I don't do that much of he formal skills that you would do in cumpulsory routines, so anyways, how is it harder with a coach?
