You should do tumbling. Gymnastics is very focused on skill progression. If you do not have a perfect back walk over you will not be starting on a bhs
no, tumbling is more powerful such as a round-off back handspring.
Yes. Some people only have their round of back-handspring and can't do a standing back-handspring. It doesn't really matter the order you do things in gymnastics.
power gymnastics would be fast tumbling or for example like a round off back tuck or a whip back. where as graceful tumbling or slow tumbling is standing tricks for example like front walkover or cartwheel.
At minimum a back handspring. The level has recently increased with the quality of tumblers increasing and most of the girls who try out have at least a Standing back handspring back tuck or a standing tuck. For running tumbling the majority, if not all of the girls have a round off back handspring back tuck
Newton's 2nd law has to do an enormous amount with gymnastics. The force needed to do certain things has to do a lot with your movements. Tumbling in gymnastics uses a lot of force. But the height of your tumbling has to do with the amount of force you use. Example: If I'm doing a round-off back handspring back-tuck and i want it to be really high. Then i am going to need to put alot of force into the ground after my back-handspring so that i can get the height that i want.
In order easiest 1st: Foreword roll handstand handstand foreword roll cartwheel round-off running round-off rebound front walk over back walkover (you can do all of these without a spot) harder skills ;) front handspring back handspring round-off back handspring round-off back tuck back tuck handspring seres the last 5 i would recommend with a spot P.S. you can switch the order of the front and back walkovers and handsprings
Gymnastics includes a series of moves such as the back-handspring, front-handspring, back-walkover, front walk-over, cartwheel, one-handed cartwheel, round-off, back-tuck, front-tuck, forward roll, backward roll, hand-stand and aerial. These are some of the tumbling moves Bars: Front hip circle, back hip circle, release, that little turn around while you're upside down thingy (sorry I don't know what it's called), handstand on the bar, and some others I don't know. Vault: Straddle jump, hand-stand, and all kinds of tumbling that they do over the pommel horse. Balance Beam: Back and front walk-overs, back-handspring, front handspring, rotations, front and back tucks, hand-stands, rolls, cart wheels, and others I am unaware of. My favorite is Tumbling. I do gymnastics myself, so I have a lot of experience. I am going today at 3:00 to sign up at the YMCA. It's been a while since I've been in a class. I've been taking a break. Wish me luck!
round off layout backhandspring buck tuck full. and double back handspring back tuck full. hope this helps.
To ensure safety, the best thing is to enroll in a gymnastics or tumbling class. Gymnastics is a sport that is very easy to injure yourself in so take proper precautions and train from a professional instructor.

i would recommend tumbling at a community gym or the closest all star cheerleading gyms would work too!! :) <3 Ps. anythings possible if you TRY!!!!!
in order to excel in cheerleading on a varsity team, a full is essential. some other cool passes are like, a front walk over (or front-tuck) to a round off, back handspring tuck (or again, full!). mix the tumbling you have around. round-off backhandspring to a layout, are popular too.
