The only thing I can think of that would make a sound on a regular BMX would be the ticking from the pawls in the freewheel/freehub mechanism - the one way clutch that allows you to keep the pedals still while rolling forward.


What Are Lock On Bmx Grips?

Most grips are just rubber sleeves that are slid onto the bars. While this is fine for most riders, some have issues with grips sliding or twisting. For those riders there are lock-on grips which come together with two metal collars for each grip. The collars go around the grip and squeezes it against the bar, hopefully keeping it in place no matter what the rider decides to do.
