Unless a cheetah is sick or injured, it's average speed when sprinting is about 64 km/hr and may hit 104 to 120 km/hr for short bursts.

It's possible that with the motivation of a cheetah chasing him, Usain might manage a slightly higher speed, but the cheetah wouldn't have much trouble running him down (probably before he made it 100 m...)
