The NFL's first decade produced *1920--The Akron Pros* were the first NFL Champions with an 8-0-3 record. *1921--The Chicago Staleys (later the Bears) posted a 9-1-1 slate to win the championship *1922--Canton(Ohio)* won the title with a 10-0-2 record. *1923--Canton repeated as champion with an 11-0-1 record. *1924--Cleveland's Bulldogs* finished 7-1-1 record to become champs. *1925--Chicago (later St. Louis and Arizona) Cardinals were best in the league with a 11-2-1 slate *1926--Frankford Yellow Jackets* won the title, finishing 14-1-2. *1927--The New York Giants, with an 11-1-1 record, won the championship. *1928--The Providence Steam Roller* won 8, lost 1 and tied 2 for the championship. *1929--The undefeated and once tied Green Bay Psckers won the first of three consecutive titles (aka three-peat) *1930--The Packers second consecutive title saw them finishing at 10-3-1. *1931--The three-peat is accomplished by Green Bay as the Packers won 12 and lost 1. No other NFL team has ever won three consecutive championships.
