San Francisco 49ers The San Francisco 49ers won SBs XVI, XIX, XXIII, XXIV, and XXIX to become the first team to win five Super Bowls. The year after the 49ers won their fifth Super Bowl the Cowboys won their fifth (VI, XII, XXVII, XXVIII, and XXX).
