It's more of an opinionated answer. A lot of experts would say it was the Immaculate Reception in the 1972 AFC Divisional Round in Three Rivers Stadium off of a Steelers deflection. In my opinion, I'd say it was the "One yard short" play in Super Bowl XXXIV which featured the St. Louis Rams defeating the Tennessee Titans 23-16 after Kevin Dyson was tackled at the one yard line on the final play of the game that would have potentially tied the game
