It was Paulinho for Brazil..He got a red card when his team mate Henrique passed the ball to him but the referee got in the way accidently and made him lose the ball to the opposition in that he pushed the referee and sweared at him which got him sent off and a 10 match ban. He retired 7 years later

#1: Kevin Moran (Man Utd) (1985 F.A. Cup Final, Straight Red, Late in 2nd Half for Professional Foul on Everton's Peter Reid, First player ever to be sent off in a Final)#2: Jose Antonio Reyes (Arsenal) (2005 F.A Cup Final, 2nd Yellow Card in last minute of extra time)SixThirtyThere has only been one red card in the previous 20 FA Cup Finals. In the 2005 Final, José Antonio Reyes got sent off in the final minute of extra time for Arsenal, receiving a second yellow card for a foul on Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo, having received a yellow card earlier.Reyes is only the second player to have been sent off in an FA Cup final, and in 1985, Kevin Moran got himself a straight red in the final minute of normal time. His team, Manchester United, went on to win the final 1-0 over Everton after extra time.#3 2013 Pablo Zabaleta playing for Man Cityagainst wigan.

In the 1990 world cup final between Argentina and West Germany, played in Italy the Argentinean Marco Simone was sent of, Dezotti followed. So this was the first two players that were sent of since 1930.
The first player to be sent off at Wembley was Branko Stanovic, (wrong, see below) who was playing for Yugoslavia against Sweden in August 1948 during the Olympic Games soccer tournament. (Source: "News of the World" Football Annual 2006-2007, page 386.)The News of the World has got it wrong again! According to the FIFA website, there were only three sendings off at the 1948 Olympic Tournament (2 Turkish and 1 Austrian) and these teams did not play at Wembley - see link - http://www.fifa.com/tournaments/archive/tournament=512/edition=197049/statistics/index.html (Only the semis, bronze play off and final matches were played at Wembley)Unfortunately, I don't know who was the first player to be sent off at Wembley, but my guess would be Antonio Rattin who was playing for Argentina against England in the quarter final of the 1966 World Cup.Incidentally, the first player to be sent off in a Wembley final was not Kevin Moran (1985) but Syd Hynes(playing for Leeds versus Leigh, 1971 Rugby League Challenge Cup Final).
The Arsenal goalkeeper in 2006 cup verses Barcelona Jens Lehmen, and the Chelsea striker Dider Drogba were sent of in the F.A cup final.
By far, Mark van Bommel of Holland. He made some dirty tackles and he was fortunate not to get sent off. You should see the tackles from the 2010 world cup final. Dirty game!
