It depends on where they're coaching, what they're coaching and (at least partially) how good they are. A head coach in a professional sports league (MLBA, NFL, NBA) could easily have a salary measured in millions per year. Coaches at colleges or universities with nationally recognized sports programs can be in the same ballpark. A high school coach might get a coaching bonus of a few thousand dollars per year (most high school coaches are also teachers; they get a teaching salary for the teaching part, and then a bonus for the extra time coaching requires).
Yes, They are allowed to wear under armor and Adidas. Just recently the NFL signed a deal with Adidas. If they wear any other brands, they either have to tape over the logo or they get fined. Coaches are not even allowed to wear suits anymore. They now have to wear reebok team apparel.
