On February 4, 2007, Super Bowl XLI (41) was the first where both head coaches were black. Tony Dungy was the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, and Lovie Smith was the head coach of the Chicago Bears. The Colts won the game 29-17 to make Tony Dungy the first black head coach to win an NFL Super Bowl.
1) Mike Ditka was a player on the Dallas Cowboys team that won Super Bowl VI and head coach of the Chicago Bears that won Super Bowl XX. 2) Tom Flores was a player on the Kansas City Chiefs that won Super Bowl IV and head coach of the Raiders that won Super Bowls XV and XVIII. 3) Tony Dungy was a player on the Pittsburgh Steelers that won Super Bowl XIII and head coach of the Indianapolis Colts that won Super Bowl XLI.
Only 2 head coaches have won a Super Bowl, and an NCAA championship. Jimmy Johnson won an NCAA championship with the University of Miami in 1987 and Super Bowls XXVII and XXVIII with the Dallas Cowboys. Barry Switzer won NCAA championships with the University of Oklahoma in 1974-1975 and 1985 and went on to win a super bowl with the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl XXX. Paul Brown won NCAA championship and NFL championships as well, but there was not a super bowl yet.

For 2006 Tony Dungy
Tony Dungy has won two Super Bowl Titles. His first came as a player, when he was a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was part of the championship team that won Super Bowl XIII. His second was as the Indianapolis Colts head coach, when guided the Colts to a victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLI.
