USC under Pete Carroll is undefeated against the SEC. The scores of their recent games are listed below. It's also worth noting that their last game (a 50-14 win over Arkansas in Fayetteville) was against the team that went on to win their division in the SEC that year. 2002: #22 Auburn @ USC: USC 24, Auburn 17 2003: USC @ #5 Auburn: USC 23, Auburn 0 2005: Arkansas @ USC: USC 70, Arkansas 17 2006: USC @ Arkansas: USC 50, Arkansas 14
As of 23 October it's Cam Newton for Auburn.
The SEC send 7 teams outside the BCS line, meaning Auburn will for sure get a bowl bid but not a BCS bid. Look for them to head to either the cotton bowl or the outback bowl in Tampa. Best of Luck!
14,ACCORDING TO THE FINAL AP POLLS(1936-PRESENT). IT IS ALSO INTERESTING THAT,WHEREAS, MOST CONFERENCES HAVE HAD THEIR NATIONAL CHAMPIONS COME FROM 2-4 SCHOOLS, THE SEC HAS HAD NATIONAL CHAMPIONS FROM ALABAMA, AUBURN,FLORIDA, GEORGIA, LSU, AND TENNESSEE.

Yes. They are in the SEC conference. They aren't very good because LSU, Alabama, and Florida are also in the same conference as Auburn.

Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, LSU, Mississippi, and Mississippi State are the teams in the college football sec west division.

1) Bryant was head coach of the University of Kentucky between 1946-1953. His first SEC loss at Lexington was November 1, 1947 against Alabama, 13-0. 2) Bryant was head coach of the University of Alabama between 1958-1982. His first SEC loss at home was November 29, 1958 to Auburn, 14-8, in Birmingham. Removing the Auburn games from the mix, since those games at the time were all played in Birmingham and Auburn would play at least one home game in Birmingham each year, the first SEC team he lost to other than Auburn at home was Florida on October 6, 1963 by the score of 10-6. That game was played in Tuscaloosa.
